Shortlisting talent

We identify relevant profiles from our database, internal referrals and global recruiter portals. Our consultants do the first round of screening followed by second round by our management team members/ relevant industry experts to identify the best-fit candidates.

Selection & onboarding

We provide our clients with detailed and transparent analysis of the best options with relevant details required (CTC, notice period, etc.). Our consultants support in coordinating interviews and closure paper work.
